Josue and his crew took care of myself and the new home I was moving into from the start. In short there was a mix up of communication regarding the flooring product I needed. Josue facilitated a quick solution to my flooring need and had it resolved promptly. Some takeaways from Josue are his presence, availability, and professionalism in managing the start to finish of the project. He goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right.

Josue was fantastic to work with while providing quality flooring and excellent service. To provide further detail, his driver at the last minute had a conflict and couldn’t deliver as scheduled, so Josue personally delivered to make sure there was no delay in delivery. Truly amazing! Josue, to you, I wish you ALL the best, and Vinyl Floors Houston was GREAT! If Google would allow me to leave a 6th star, I would. Highly recommended!

Josue and his team recently helped us lay a new vinyl floor and baseboard trim in our front room. They provided excellent service from start to finish. From the initial inspection, I felt like he offered us honest and practical advice about how best to finish the room. They were able to level the subfloor appropriately and then lay high quality vinyl flooring, Jesus did a great job on the install and even took the time to make a custom threshold to cover up some old cracked tile in the entryway. Halfway through the project we noticed that the new baseboards would not come up to cover the old paint line, and they were flexible enough to give us time to make the wall repairs and came back the next week to complete the job to a high standard. Couldn't be happier with the work and strongly recommend their services based on our experience. Thanks!

We had several contractors come out to give us a quote on replacing the floors in our new home. Josue's responsiveness and communication stood out from the rest. He took his time in explaining to us the different types of flooring, the reasons behind diff price points for similar floorings and even questions to make sure we asked as we continued receiving quotes from others. He stopped by several times with large sample boards that helped us make decisions. His quote was very transparent and fair. We ended up expanding our project to include a kitchen renovation and therefore worked with a general contractor for both the kitchen and floors. We would still highly recommend Josue to any family/friends looking for flooring options!
