Submitted our plans and never bothered to review with us or call us. Now im scrambling to work around. Never planned AC for my building but designed a ridiculously cramped, complicated driveway.

Vatani Engineering has been my go-to consultants for years regarding residential and commercial real estate development. They turn-key my civil and structural plans as well as permit running. The fact that the owner of the company responds to your texts and picks up your calls right away, is by it self an amazing trait to have for any business. I have tried other engineering firms, but Vatani comes far on top in terms of communication, reliability and most importantly, pricing!
