Uptown Salon & Blow Dry Bar

I’ve been to this location a few times and every visit has been great. Mia did my hair during my first couple of appointments and I loved it so much that I signed up for the membership. I recently went back and Autumn did my hair and she was amazing too. My curls lasted beautifully and I even posted a photo because I loved how they turned out. I’m tender-headed and she was very gentle, which I really appreciated. Both stylists have been professional, talented, and consistent. You’re in good hands here.

Right when we walk in they were super nice and offer water or coffee. Since we arrived early our wait was minimal and we got seen early. Lucy cut my daughters hair and she is a pre teen with high standards and Lucy did a phenomenal job cutting and styling her hair to my daughters taste. I will be going back to get a haircut cut from Lucy.

I took my daughter to Uptown Hair Salon and we had a great experience. The place was very clean, welcoming, and nicely set up. The staff was friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable the whole time. They did an amazing job on her hair — we both loved how it turned out! Definitely recommend this salon if you’re looking for great service and a pleasant atmosphere. We’ll be coming back again!

Monica is by far the best makeup artist in Houston! Her talent is truly unmatched. Every time she does my makeup, I am beyond amazed at how flawless and beautiful her work turns out. This is my second time going back i asked rebecca to fix a bad balayge that i had gotten done from another salon. She is really amazing and honest with what will look good or bad!!! She’s the sweetest and really takes her time and listens to your concerns!!! 🩷
