I want to recognize the incredible customer service I received at this location. I booked a hair and makeup appointment weeks in advance for our 11th wedding anniversary, confirmed it via text the day before, and scheduled it during my lunch hour since I needed both services completed within a tight timeframe. When I arrived, I was told my appointment wasn’t on the books because the employee I initially booked with was no longer at this location. I was crushed, this was the only time I could go before our anniversary plans after work. The receptionist immediately involved the manager, Alejandro, and I cannot say enough good things about how he handled the situation. He listened, understood the importance of the occasion, and instead of brushing it off or turning me away, he went above and beyond to coordinate his team and make it work within my limited time. Thanks to his leadership and the staff's professionalism, I was able to get my hair and makeup done on time. Everyone was kind, calm, and supportive despite the time crunch. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they’re handled. Alejandro and his team turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into a wonderful one, and I’m so grateful for their care and efforts. Thank you for helping make our anniversary feel special. I appreciate this team, and this is why I continue to choose Ulta over other beauty stores.

This is a great store , but do not go there for a haircut. I got a haircut there for my birthday and everyday I just get more angry. Don't trust that they're good because an elite title. The manager is very nice and handled the situation perfectly so shout out to him. Go there for shopping and doing your brows they're great but DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT.

Well I LOVED Ulta until yesterday. Have been getting monthly facials for over 3 years. As I am heading for my 2:00 pm appointment yesterday I received a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment informing me that Ulta was not doing skin treatments anymore. No explanation, no I am sorry for the late notice, NOTHING! I understand that they knew at 10:00 am yesterday. I could have scheduled with another establishment if given more than 15 minutes notice. I was told to call Ulta Guest Relations which lead to a number of long holding times with no answers. I spend ALOT of money at Ulta but not inclined to anymore. It would not have been so bad but a had a big event in which I was an honoree the next day and was so looking forward to my facial. Guess I will take my business elsewhere! Recent update. Believe it or not someone from Ulta Guest Relations called me back yesterday and she was very helpful. She asked her supervisor what was going on and APPARENTLY the NO SKIN SERVICES was not supposed to take place until January 31, 2026. They canceled me with no notice on January 29, 2026. The complaint has been escalated so will keep you posted.

Visited Ulta Beauty for the first time and loved it! It’s similar to Sephora but with an even wider variety of products. There were so many options across different brands, and the prices were really good. I also liked that they offer extra services right in the store — a salon and ear piercing were available, which makes it super convenient. Overall, a great shopping experience with lots of choice. Definitely worth checking out, and we’ll be back again.
