Don’t be deceived by the good reviews. I dropped my car off to be fixed as it was the number one recommended shop by State Farm. Big mistake. I dropped the car off 2 weeks before Christmas and was told it was going to be ready before hand. Not a problem. Upon picking the car up, the work they did was miserable, lazy and unprofessional. Weather strips falling off, really bad paint work, panel gaps not matching, doors not sitting flush and the worst bit is the noise my car made. Took it back to them about the wind noise and the bad work. Kevin is the most unprofessional employee that I encountered there. Upon sharing the concerns, all the answers were ‘it’s an easy fix’. If it is such an easy fix, why wasn’t it done properly the first time. They try to make it right with a rental at their expense, this is now round two. I show up and again, with the wind noise. I took the car on a test drive with ‘the boss’ Jesse who says ‘I really don’t like bad work. I don’t like my guys rushing stuff. Everything you’re upset with is unacceptable. Okay fine. I left it again, trying to make it right. I go to pick it up and go for a test drive. I come back again and low and behold, this time Kevin says ‘Well we drove other cars and this one isn’t as loud’, as if that’s supposed to make me feel better about it. After that, he says well we had 6 employees drive it. I DO NOT CARE. My car was not even close to being in the condition it should’ve been. Okay. I got on ANOTHER test drive with Jesse, now he drives and agrees about the wind noise. This is now the second round of trying to sort the wind issue. Jesse proceeds to say yeah wind noise is a hard thing to figure out. I thought this is all an easy fix? I leave it with them again, now it’s been a month and about a week and a half. Again today, I show up to pick the car up and while the wind noise is fixed, now the doors don’t sit flush. If it’s all SO EASY for them, you’d think they’d take their time and fix it THE FIRST TIME. Basically, if you value your time and money, stay away. Their customer service, their body work, and their paint work is abysmal. Any concerns you may have are met with dismissal, gas lighting and disrespect.

Had an amazing experience! Adrian did a phenomenal job fixing up my car after I got rear ended! It looks brand new! Chris gave me weekly updates on what was happening, what they were doing and how. They took less than two weeks and provided me with great customer service! I HIGHLY recommend!

I brought my car to US Auto Connection after an accident, and since my car was ultimately considered a total loss I cannot attest to the quality of their repairs, but I can say that their customer service and communication was phenomenal. Kevin was amazing and kindly explained the damage to my vehicle multiple times, and made the rental pickup/return process incredibly easy. Though I hope I won’t ever need their services again, I would absolutely come here again if I needed an appraisal or repairs!

The service at US Auto Connection was fantastic. Very professional shop with customer service that is great. They went above and beyond to address my repairs and my car was so clean when I picked up I thought I had a new car! I highly recommend this company.
