Bought a fully paid multiple service contract. The app said 2 services remaining. On the second to last service they charged me $319. They will say they called you but the call only says they are coming to service your yard. They do not say there will be a charge. Worst part, 3 services from months of September to October my yard only got worse. More weeds. More fungus. No improvement.

They are quick to take your money, but fail to deliver on what they sell you on. Don’t expect anyone to address your concerns same day if you have one. They come by when you’re not home, can’t tell whether the treatment is done, and then have zero urgency to help you when you have questions. These people solely want your money and could care less about taking care of their customers.

I Cancelled service after having them service our last two homes. Never had an issue until the last two weeks and the lack of communication after experiencing our first issue led us to cancel. Local and corporate customer service have major communication gaps.

Truegreen serviced my lawn for the very first time on may 20th and on the first application , they "burnt" my entire lawn, may not be recoverable. To add insult to injury, I spent my entire Friday on hold trying to get someone on the phone. hold time 3-4 hours. Are you kidding? Non- the- less, I canceled and they still come to the house for scheduled services, 3 times. I asked the technician did he see that I canceled, and his comment was, " it is going to take 30-60 days to show up in the system." This used to be a good company, very poorly ran right now. I signed up with a local company that answers the phone on the first ring every time I called. One last comment, when I was stuck in the call center endless robot call loop, I hit "2" to sign up for new service, guess what, they pickup up immediately. I asked the nice man on the phone to help me with my issue and he said he couldn't, he transferred me to support and boom - 3 hour hold. DO NOT USE TRUGREEN - HORRIBLE service. nice people. horrible company.

Tried to get someone out to give me an estimate. They just wanted to know if there was something different from last year. I don't remember anyone coming out and going over my yard with me. Anyway they didn't seem like they really wanted to come out so I'll manage it myself. I don't recommend them.
