Trash & Junk Pickup

We had to close down our family business of 30+ years. I had to deal with the stress of potential buyers who backed out and landlord representatives who were demanding xyz… all last minute! Junk King was the only thing that was right with this stressful situation. They came and did the work quickly and efficient. I flaked out on Ryan so many times because of the potential buyers, and yet he still took my calls! I would have ignored me. Ha! Everyone had such a good attitude and was so kind. We will definitely be using them again. Amazing company and amazing team!

Moving out of our house and needed some last minute help to get rid of a huge sectional and playset (and some other odds and ends). Joseph and Jeremiah were very polite and also extremely fast and efficient. Would definitely use this junk King again!

Junk King answered the phone. I tried two other trash removal companies but neither of those answered the phone. Junk King not only answered, they got me scheduled and gave me a firm quote via text based on my photos. They arrived within the 2-hour scheduled window and called 15 minutes in advance. Jeremiah and August were courteous and competent. These young men showed up and got to work. Payment was easy with a credit card. Thank you Junk King!

The service when provided was professional and quick. Service people were polite. The price was fine. Two things i did not like were inabil bity to get an early like 8 or 9 secure schedule. I also really did not like the repeated lack of communication by the assigned team though the automated text system told me that they would contact me directly. That made for a frustrating wait

We hired Junk King to remove unwanted items from our home. During the process, their crew caused significant damage to every stair step in our house. This damage occurred prior to Thanksgiving, and as of now (February), the issue still has not been properly resolved. The owner initially acknowledged the damage and stated it would be repaired. However, once estimates were obtained, the approach changed. We were told repairs would be handled in a way that does not restore our home to its original condition, including the use of mismatched materials because the original flooring is no longer manufactured. We were also informed that someone would be sent to do repairs without our approval. We have been extremely patient and have given ample time for this to be addressed correctly. Unfortunately, the focus now appears to be on minimizing cost rather than restoring the damage caused. We are not willing to accept subpar workmanship or materials due to a contractor’s desire to reduce their own expense. Homeowners should be aware and ask for proof of insurance and how damages are handled before hiring. Based on our experience, accountability and follow-through have been disappointing. This review is shared so others in the community can make an informed decision and protect their homes.
