Went to check out some bikes and they put my dream in my drive way. James (Katz), Jeremy and Amy did an amazing job showing me why this is the place to get a Harley and Jared made the buying process quick and easy. Best prices I’ve seen especially with their promotion. Mary, Miles, Chantel and Kevin worked to make what I needed to happen happen. Even Matt their GM came out to say hi. Hands down the best place to get your Harley.

This review is for the dealership but also for Isaac , kevin and Eva , thank you for making everything easier for me to buy this bike. Thank you for the patience and the alternatives offered, Isaac thanks for the test ride and the cool conversation. Isaac was great all the time non pressuring a sale and you know just having a conversation about bikes , the test ride was great , he took the time to ride on a diferent bike along with me , we exchange bikes and everything it was cool, so thank you again . I'll be coming back to purchase some stuff at the store later on.. thanks everybody keep up with the good work

Went in Monday 11/27/25 and was greeted by Jared. He was very knowledgeable on the various motorcycle models. Jared said to give him the chance and he would get riding out on a Harley of my choice. Things got rolling and I bought my motorcycle that same day. Very thrilled and satisfied with my bike. Thanks again to Jared and Harley-Davidson of the Woodlands

BUYER BEWARE - SERVICE DEPT A few weeks ago, I inquired about swapping my OEM handlebars with 14" aftermarket bars. (Bars provided by me) I was quoted the following: "It depends on who's bars they are and if the stock wires/front brake line/clutch line are long enough without cutting them loose from the stock mounting points. 14 inch bars will require an upgraded bar clamp and possibly polyurethane riser bushings. Labor rate for customer supplied parts is $165 per hour. Labor time is determined once we know whether we need to extend wiring and cables and range from 2 to 6 hours. Normal labor rate is $120 per hour if we are supplying the parts." Estimated cost - $2400.00 I purchased 14" bars from Amazon for $156. I watched a how-to video on YouTube on how to swap the bars. -It took me 2.5hrs. -No new cables, no new upgraded headclamp, no polyethylener risers bushings. Total cost - $156.00 Help me make sense of this. You've been in business for YEARS. You should know, based on my year and model, whether my bike does or does not need ALL of these uogrades and an a more accurate estimated labor rate, (As you do this kind of work ALL the time) I have attached a pic of your $2700 quoted bar swap that I was able to do myself for $156.00, in 2.5hrs in my garage with about 4 tools.
