Mr. Walker reviewed and consulted on a rather lengthy and comprehensive home builders construction and purchase agreement. I got a quick offer to settle that I was pleased with, but the Weaver Law Firm wanted me to keep fighting (presumably to raise their fees) and seemed to say that they were close to keeping the remainder of my retainer despite not having the time to bill against it. I've rated them above average here because their strategy of pressing the other side was more than the first lawyer I hired on the case offered.
