Generally, they are pretty good, often busy but generally good today. They were terrible. A package that should’ve cost about $40, the clerk tried to use an envelope that was far bigger than necessary in an effort to charge more, and wanted almost $160. FedEx sent the exact same package for $42. I can ask them about it. They looked again and for the second time the clerk tried to up charge this time trying to charge for an expedited overnight package. My advice. When using this location, which generally has been pretty good, be very careful they don’t try an up charge you.

First💁🏾♀️I had already given forwarding address. It takes a couple weeks to finally start. Charles was nice enough to hold last pieces of mail that came thru. He goes on vacation. I come in to get last pieces, she claims she can’t find pouch that my mail is in, but next day I came to check and find out, not only did you know, but later that day you sent those items back💁🏾♀️Lies🤨Shady lies🤨There might have been the ‘time sensitive’ document inside that I have been contacted about🤨🤦🏽♀️ Simran💁🏾♀️seek HELP🤨 The first step is admitting, you have a problem 💁🏾♀️ I’m not the first and I’m sure, I won’t be last 📬 We out🙋🏾♀️✌🏽

I went to this location, mind you.. I am a hijabi, so that may be the reason for this low-class treatment. I asked for a box to fit my stuff, the guy said 15$, that was fine with me if its the cost of the box I proceeded to pay and then that payment was divided into 3 things on the screen; packing, taping, and the cost of the box, the box was only 8$, I asked the guy that I wasn’t aware that he would be charging me for 6$ for a service, he should’ve mentioned that, I already had tape and could put my items in the box myself if I would’ve known, he proceeded with responding in an extremely rude tone and raised his voice at me. He was mumbling non sense the whole time, the people at the store were all looking and it was such an awkward and negative experience, there were 3 guys at the place, he was the shorter one with longer hair and he was bigger, extremely bad experience, don’t hire someone that doesn’t know how to deal with people. He ended up charging me 8$ instead of 15$, that action itself proved that he wasn’t doing what was supposed to do. This guy needs to control his temper lol

A 2.8 rating is understandable considering the incompetence of the staff at this location. I hesitated to go there, but gave it a chance unfortunately. Vic and Jay are rude and disrespectful and do not understand customer service. I justwanted to send a package and they couldn't do that correctly, it came back to me when it was supposed to arrive where I intended it. Total waste of time and to be treated poorly reflects poorly on the store and training. Do the public a favor a train your staff!

Customer service is really bad. I work nearby & always have packages. Not once have I ever received a greeting, a thank you, much less a “Have a great day!” And if the employees can’t even acknowledge their customers, do you think they are going to acknowledge how dirty the place is?!? NOPE!!!!
