Whoever that man was today who was giving instructions to the female employee on how to cash out some items that I purchased, there was no need to speak to her in such an impatient and inappropriate manner. Thanks for making all of the customers feel uncomfortable because of your attitude. And if you're the manager, please try to humble yourself as we all need to learn new tasks at some point before becoming proficient.

Generally, they are pretty good, often busy but generally good today. They were terrible. A package that should’ve cost about $40, the clerk tried to use an envelope that was far bigger than necessary in an effort to charge more, and wanted almost $160. FedEx sent the exact same package for $42. I can ask them about it. They looked again and for the second time the clerk tried to up charge this time trying to charge for an expedited overnight package. My advice. When using this location, which generally has been pretty good, be very careful they don’t try an up charge you.

The customer service at this location by your manager, Charles was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. I paid $183.00 for a package to be delivered the next day by 10am for my clients special occasion and it was not delivered so she wasn’t able to wear her outfit for that special occasion. Charles said I would receive and email regarding my refund which I never received. I went back to the store on Post Oak Blvd 4 days later to find he hadn’t submitted the claim. He placed it in the system that day and when I returned to tell him I had not received a refund he informed me that it was just my lost because it didn’t arrive on time because of weather conditions, but I never received anything from UPS to inform me of that! His rudeness and manner in which he handled this issue is a terrible representation of the company! I feel that something should be done to rectify this issue. Dr. Tawana Rose

Employees need to be more patient and properly trained. On March 31, around 6:00–6:30 PM, the employee assisting me handled my package in an unprofessional manner. He placed my receipt over the shipping label, and when I asked for the receipt, he ripped off the barcode label in front of me. This kind of behavior is concerning, as it directly affects the security and tracking of my shipment. Incidents like this make it difficult to trust this UPS location with my parcels. I strongly recommend better staff training to ensure packages are handled carefully and customer concerns are addressed respectfully.

First💁🏾‍♀️I had already given forwarding address. It takes a couple weeks to finally start. Charles was nice enough to hold last pieces of mail that came thru. He goes on vacation. I come in to get last pieces, she claims she can’t find pouch that my mail is in, but next day I came to check and find out, not only did you know, but later that day you sent those items back💁🏾‍♀️Lies🤨Shady lies🤨There might have been the ‘time sensitive’ document inside that I have been contacted about🤨🤦🏽‍♀️ Simran💁🏾‍♀️seek HELP🤨 The first step is admitting, you have a problem 💁🏾‍♀️ I’m not the first and I’m sure, I won’t be last 📬 We out🙋🏾‍♀️✌🏽
