I recently purchased and installed new exterior doors from Texas Door and Window. I am very pleased with the quality of the doors and how they enhance the appearance of my home. Texas Door and Window provided excellent customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had. Their commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations.

UPDATE: I spoke with Kevin and he was very apologetic, and bent over backward to find a way to help rectify the situation. My hat is off to him for following up and representing the company like a pro! Thank you! I paid over $4k for a door and what I wanted was not ordered. I walked into the store and picked what I wanted, and specifically a certain color with opaque glass. Installer brought and installed a door with 3/4 light clear glass! Who wants that on their front door?? I called the store and was told clear glass was on the order. NOT ONE OFFER WAS MADE TO MAKE IT RIGHT, only a bid of $869.56 more to replace the glass!! Lax customer service! I’ve probably spent close to $10k ordering doors from these people, but this was the last! Now, to find someone to tint the windows on the door so people can’t just walk up and look into my house!! See photo!

This company is locally owned and is is one of the MOST courteous, professional, service-oriented, price competitive companies I have ever seen! From the salesperson, Kevin, to the office staff, to the installation crew - we have never had better products or delivery service. We will definitely use this company again for our continued remodel.

10 ⭐'s!!! Everything was great. From my sales guy Kevin Hull to the ladies over the phone scheduling to the install guys! Very professional work. I am very happy with my new windows and I would definitely recommend Texas Door and Window to my Grandma!

Texas Door and Window did an awesome job of replacing all our windows and patio doors. Everything looks great and the whole process was super smooth. Kevin, our rep, was easy to work with, answered all our questions and made sure everything turned out perfect. I highly recommend these guys.
