Had Texas Door and Window install a fiberglass door and I'm really happy with how it turned out. The quality is solid and it looks way better than what we had before. UPDATE: I spoke with Kevin and he was very apologetic, and bent over backward to find a way to help rectify the situation. My hat is off to him for following up and representing the company like a pro! Thank you! I paid over $4k for a door and what I wanted was not ordered. I walked into the store and picked what I wanted, and specifically a certain color with opaque glass. Installer brought and installed a door with 3/4 light clear glass! Who wants that on their front door?? I called the store and was told clear glass was on the order. NOT ONE OFFER WAS MADE TO MAKE IT RIGHT, only a bid of $869.56 more to replace the glass!! Lax customer service! I’ve probably spent close to $10k ordering doors from these people, but this was the last! Now, to find someone to tint the windows on the door so people can’t just walk up and look into my house!! See photo!
