Great Texas DPS office very organized and efficient everyone was helpful and the visits were as good as possible. Trying to sort out 15 year old traffic tickets that are keeping me from refilling prescriptions is a nightmare task. However the Dacoma DPS office and especially Ruby and Ray were extremely helpful.

It was real quick. I didn't take more than 5 minutes when it was my turn. I also love the fact that it was a walk in. Warm reception as well 😍

Lori was extremely helpful and professional. She explained every step clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process fast and stress-free. Her customer service was excellent, and she treated me with respect and kindness from start to finish. I truly appreciate her efficiency and positive attitude. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the DMV.

Always packed and alot of the staff seem like they don't care or don't want to do their job. Make sure you make an appointment first. I had a woman named Sarai help me and she was thorough with the process and helped me with everything I needed the first time so I wouldn't have to come back.
