Heberon is a phenomenal advisor. I ordered my Model X Plaid through him, and I’ve already referred several colleagues because of how exceptional he is. When I first came to this location, I honestly thought he was the manager—his professionalism and knowledge are that strong. He followed up with me multiple times, made sure every question I had was answered, and even allowed me to take a vehicle home to try out all the features before picking up my own. Heberon is truly an asset to this company. Five stars across the board.

Johnathan did an amazing job. 10/10 customer service. Definitely will come back and get my tesla from here. Tests drives are available. If your getting a tesla, definitely come here and if you can go thru him. No shave on the other representatives but, I dealt with him.

I used to be one of Tesla’s biggest supporters. I believed in the innovation, the mission, and the future this company represented. But after my car was totaled in an accident five months ago, Tesla Insurance turned what should have been a straightforward claim into a long, exhausting experience. I’ve sent nearly 100 emails and made dozens of calls — but most were ignored. No one explained why I was still charged for insurance and subscription fees on a car that no longer exists. It took almost a month just to receive a rental car — which arrived with flat tires. Even when Hertz admitted in writing that they took the car back 12 days early, Tesla never reimbursed me for those missing days. This ongoing neglect hasn’t just been financially stressful — it’s also affected my mental health. My doctors have confirmed that the stress and uncertainty surrounding this claim have delayed my recovery and return to work. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of hope that someone at Tesla will finally listen. Behind every claim number and every “case closed” message is a human being who once admired your company. Please, fix this system — before more loyal customers lose their trust and peace of mind.

I wish that really hoping that the new production facility in Saudi Arabia translates into creating less expensive cars. I might want one of these to be my next car. So, I can see this car in the very near future.I am totally amazed at their process! And, the mechanics area is amazing to see!! Interesting place. Staff friendly; they encourage sitting in the cars. Test drives can be scheduled at an outside location.
