Ryan from Bulwark was outstanding. He provided excellent service and was very thoughtful throughout the entire process. Before pest control, he made sure to move and protect our precious items, which we really appreciated. He covered the entire house thoroughly, including the inside, and even replaced the pads where needed. His attention to detail and care really stood out. This company is the bomb.com. Since day 1, they have been on point. Each tech that comes out has been respectful, and courteous. They know exactly what needs to be done and they've gone the extra mile to make sure you get their entire service on each visit. My tech today was Terens Dixon... the 1st female!!! She was awesome. My husband and I are extremely happy with Bulwark! Being new homeowners, we had no idea how many pests come with new builds. Our original technician Joshua Vasquez, was very informative and courteous. Each time he comes to do a retreat or otherwise, he gives exemplary customer service! The service that I received from Joshua today was impeccable. He took the time to explain to me the current situation that he saw related to the rodents and how he was going to remedy the situation. He walked me thru step by step. I gained valuable insight into how they migrated into my home and some preventive measures that I can do myself. Joshua was very patient, calm, and polite as I have been stressing out and casting my anxiety upon him. True testament to exceptional customer service and putting the customer first!
