⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by Team Mancuso Power Sports to meet up with a friend who had just bought a tri-wheeler, and the experience was awesome from start to finish. The energy in that place is next level you can feel it as soon as you walk in. While my friend was finalizing everything on his new ride, my son was in heaven. He was climbing on (and safely checking out) just about everything in the showroom bikes, ATVs, you name it and he had the time of his life. The staff didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. They were welcoming, patient, and genuinely cool about kids being excited around the machines. It’s not just a dealership it’s an experience. You can tell they love what they do and they treat customers like family. Whether you’re buying or just stopping in, Team Mancuso Power Sports is a great place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

I found a side by side on the internet at Mancuso’s. My first contact via phone was sales representative Tyler Nelson. For over a month Tyler and I spoke about the side by side we were interested in. It was a used side by side, so he shared photos and videos as the side by side before and after it was cleaned and all the maintenance was performed. Tyler took ALOT OF TIME to make us feel COMFORTABLE about buying something we had never seen in person. Not only did he test drive the side by side AND INSTALL THE UPPER DOORS, but he helped load it on the transport truck to ship is to California. I am very thankful for Tyler’s EFFORT and TRUTHFULNESS. He represents Mancuso well and we will definitely be a return customer.

Purchased a Can-Am Spyder F3 Limited. My salesman, Ron, was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Even after the sale, he has answered additional questions that I had and I am very happy with my purchase. A shout out to Al in parts who ordered the correct backup camera for my new ride. It came in very quickly so I could install it. It works fantastic.

The only place ill ever purchase from !!! Ron and Tim worked with me daily for almost a full month to get the deal done, took less than 2 hours from getting there to leaving. They treat you completely like family and are very welcoming. I cant thank you guys enough .

Would give this place negative stars if possible. Absolute poor experience! Stay away from Carlos Rosales extremely incompetent and rude. Even during the start of the sales cycle he lacked communication where I was often the one calling in and checking on the status of the deal. Fast forward about 4 months after we finalized the sale and I still don’t have my plates yet! Every time I have called, I get the typical “we will call you back”, or “leave a voicemail”, or “we will look into this” etc. yet to no avail. They do not stand behind nor support their customer post sale. Currently leveraging every pathway and avenue available like the BBB and additional parties to resolve this matter since they clearly lack the competence and customer service to do so and make things right let alone communicate with their customers and follow through on their commitments. I have the patience and will to see this through as I look forward to seeing this unnecessary ordeal lean in my favor as I bring a greater awareness to other people on various additional platforms with a large backing to help ensure no one makes the same mistake that I did. If none of this review resonates with you then so be it, but at the very least, do yourself a favor and stay away from Carlos Rosales poor and frustrating customer purchasing experience waiting to happen.
