I've been coming to this salon for years. The service can be very inconsistent depending on your nail tech. Generally, I find the pedicures to be good. However, their gel manicure service has been increasingly bad, mostly because the tech is rushing. I've been cut on more than one occasion, and have noticed that the manicures have been lasting much less before lifting / chipping. If I go to the salon for gel removal, they may only do an acetone soak for a minute before e-filing, damaging and weakening the nail. I do try to speak up and request they allow the polish to soak for longer, but they continue to rush service. My most recent visit was Friday. Despite there only being one other customer in the salon, my nail tech rushed through the curing process on my nails, insisting that each layer didn't need to cure longer than 20-30 seconds even when I spoke up. It's been four days and I'm already seeing lifting. Not getting what I paid for aside, under curing gel is extremely dangerous and can cause severe allergic reactions. I've been waffling about going back to this salon for months due to the declining quality, but this will be my last straw.

I used to love coming here for my nails, and it was my go-to spot. However, lately, the prices have gotten way too high. I can’t believe they charged me $68 just for dipping powder nails! I get that prices go up, but this feels unreasonable for what I’m getting. Take a look at the picture and make your own judgment!!

Overall an excellent experience! I decided to get a pedicure and landed on the Green Tea and Honey experience; that is exactly what it was a pleasant experience! From the environment of the location (I enjoyed the lavender throughout the suite) to Hana my specialist it was all first class! I truly enjoyed the neck / shoulder massage at the end as I was not expecting that to be included in the pedicure! The pricing was worthy of the service provided! I will definitely be back! Well done here! ☺️

Came here 4 weeks postpartum for a pedicure. The nail tech was kind. She pulled out an ingrown nail (I didn’t ask for this) but wasn’t upset nonetheless. After I left my toe was sore but I thought it was just par for the course. The next day it was very red and I could see puss starting to accumulate. Today (less than 2 days since I got the pedicure) and my toe is infected. I just left my GP and it’s confirmed I have a bacterial infection. I’ve been prescribed a cream and antibiotics. I’m breastfeeding so I wanted to get this resolved asap. The pedicure itself looked great but this is definitely an unfortunate event that will have me never returning back here.

The worst service ever! I go to this salon for almost a year, every time I keep saying it’s my last time! But now it’s for real. Stay away from ANN, she is so rude and don’t know what she’s doin. Also the manager she have a lot to learn on a customer service. You can see it’s not pro and 24 hours later they nails fell off.. don’t waist your money there !
