where do i start with 4Low Concepts? Well, I got my bags installed about six months ago after a friend recommended them to me, and im really glad I decided to give them a chance! From the moment I walked in, Paulo, his wife, and the entire team were incredibly welcoming. They made the whole experience comfortable and professional right from the beginning. The team did an amazing job installing my bags—everything was done clean and with attention to detail. Even after the install, anytime I had questions or ran into small issues, I felt comfortable reaching out. They were always responsive, helpful, and gave great advice and suggestions! Overall, 4Low Concepts has been a great experience for me. I truly appreciate their work and customer service, and i will definitely be coming back for their services for many years to come.

Highly Recommend for Suspension Work I recently had some serious suspension upgrades done at 4Low Concepts (1651 Blalock B3, Houston, TX), and I couldn't be happier with the results and the service. This family-owned shop is run by the absolute nicest couple—Silvia and Paolo. Paolo handles all the hands-on work with incredible skill and attention to detail, while Silvia keeps everything running smoothly on the admin side. Together, they make the whole experience feel welcoming and professional. My project included installing a full Öhlins R&T coilover system, upgrading the sway bar end-links, a precise 4-wheel alignment, better brake pads, and fresh brake fluid. While 4Low Concepts specializes in suspension work—like airbag installations, coilovers, lifts/lowers, alignments, and related custom setups—they nailed every part of this job. There was a minor noise issue after the initial install (not due to any fault on Paolo's part—it was a compatibility quirk with the springs), but he was super attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to diagnose and fully resolve it. No shortcuts, no excuses—just genuine care until everything was perfect. That's the kind of follow-up service you rarely find these days. If you're in Houston and need suspension work (performance, lowering, air ride, alignments, etc.), do yourself a favor and go see these friendly folks at 4Low Concepts. They're knowledgeable, honest, and truly passionate about what they do. I brought my 2001 SL500 to get lowering springs and new shocks installed and i couldn’t be more happier of the results. The shop is family-owned and you can really tell they care about their customers. They were honest, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. My car feels amazing now. Highly recommend!

G morning i bring my 1992 hummvee alpha full custom for replace front full kit directions and they start and installs all plus they disarm the full arms , I don't know the technical names for all the parts, everything related to the inner bellows and general components of the front steering. After they installed everything, I brought it to my business to park it, and we started noticing that it was leaking all the power steering fluid from the four front and rear arms where they did all the work. The guys called me to show me. "Okay, bring it over, we'll check it," they said. And when I was on my way on Highway 290 to get to Beltway 8, you'll see in the detailed video what happened, which we have documented with videos and expert witnesses. We will soon be filing the appropriate legal action. I really trusted them, but I don't recommend them for this type of general technical work. I could have lost my life or injured others. I do not recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this business! They fixed the air suspension on my car and did an outstanding job. The owners — a husband and wife team — are truly dedicated to their work and customers. They took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and treated me with genuine respect and kindness. It’s rare these days to find a shop that’s both skilled and trustworthy, but they absolutely are. My car rides better than ever, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone needing honest, quality automotive work.
