Had a great experience from beginning to end thanks to Chris, Kristi and Jose. The crew did an amazing job and assured me that all the debris in the yard would be removed and it was. Project was finished on time as promised.Thank you. Now I get to enjoy dining on my patio without unwanted guest slithering in. Would definitely recommend.

No communication! Poor craftsmanship! They installed damaged materials knowingly. Then agreed to replace the damaged materials. 5 months later never REPLACED or finished!

Operation was smooth and quick. The hardest part was waiting for delivery. Setup was quick and they cleaned up everything before leaving.

I received the basic screened-in patio. I think it was 10 x 10 with a non-shingled roof, 3 power outlets, and a fan. Nothing fancy. The quality of the screen is not the best to me, but what do I know? Perhaps that's how they are supposed to be. (Update: I visited my cousin Renzo, and his was way better quality.). The process from beginning to end was lengthy, but for the most part, smooth. The price is a tad bit steep due to the lifetime warranty. (Update: The very limited lifetime warranty is not worth the money. You could get the patio done for less and rebuild it again and still pay less.) The customer service of the salesman was great and polite. The communication with the staff was a little hit and miss. Good, for the majority of the time. Some things were beyond our control. The crews that came out to do the project were very respectful and kind. The staff went the extra mile when needed. And, there were times when it was needed. Now, if I had to do it again, I would certainly not. That is only because the cost is giving me nightmares. Will I recommend them to someone who could afford them? Yes.

Update 9/9/2025: They have installed the 2 wing windows glass. Needed some follow-up, changed the rating to 4 stars. Overall quality of the materials and workmanship was good. ---------------- Patio Enclosures/Great Day Improvements have come short on completing our sunroom project. 2 wing glass windows are not installed and instead they have placed 2 plywood boards as in the picture. Came up with lame excuses for not installing and no further communication. Chris Carter came up with the plan for the enclosure and doesn't match for what they have installed. Ashlie Kennedy was eager withdraw the final payment from the financed loan account without looking for completion of the installation. Looks like Jose Rosendiz didn't want to tackle the project further. Following with them for more than a month for these 2 windows. Expensive for what they have installed and not worth for your hard-earned money and the hassle.
