The customer service was excellent, and I was very impressed. I believe common sense rules at this dealership, and I thank them wholeheartedly.

I recently purchased a new M109R and was very pleased with their honest and knowledgeable staff. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased here and can say that they do not use false advertisements, huge fees and scams that the other dealers in Houston use. Thank you!

Leah and the entire Subbs staff are absolutely amazing. I purchased an 2025 ADV 150 my experience was amazing. From purchasing the scooter to the help to how they explained the scooter was top notch. I absolutely love the scooter. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the time I walked in to the time I rode away.

Well called 10 dealerships from Houston Dallas and in between. Needed two foreman 500 for ranch. Little did I know quickest nicest most responsive was 20 miles away. Leah and her manager treated me well. Great price on 2 atvs and had purchased and out the door in less than 2 hrs from first call!! I but two or three every two yrs. Stubbs is my new favorite. I have to say dealing with Stubbs Cycles was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a motorcycle. I've purchased many motorcycles over the last 15 years, and I can say BY FAR, this was the best experience I have ever had. I wasn't really looking for a new bike at the time, but I came across a Honda Goldwing they had on their floor, so I emailed them as they were closed on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday morning at 9AM I received a text from Glenn Reeves, he was super helpful, responded to my texts immediately. I asked him for an out of the door price, he replied to me within the hour with a very fair price, I countered his offer and asked if he would accept my offer if I walked in with cash and he replied to me within the hour and accepted. I told him I would be there between 3 and 4, but due to some work issues that came up I didn't get on the road until after 4PM and I live on the other side of Houston. Jeff and his finance manager waited for me, even though they closed at 6 and finalized the deal and I purchased the Bike. I can honestly say this was the absolute best buying experience I've ever had. no Games, no haggling over pennies, no come in and let's talk about it to try to upsell you things you dont want or need. Just honest, helpful, trustworthy and dedicated to making sure you get the bike you want at a very resonable price. I would 1000% recommend going out to Stubbs Cycles on Telephone Road, they have a massive inventory of new and used bikes, the shop is clean and well put together and you will have an amazing experience working with their team. Although I personally recommend Glen Reeves if you are looking for a sales rep that will listen to you, listen to what you are looking for, take your riding experience into consideration and not put you on a bike that is out of your riding experience just to increase his profit. Thank you to Gleen Reeves and the Finance Team that stayed after hours to make this deal happen for me, I've wanted the bike I bought for 20 years and you made this old mans dream a reality. I really appreciate everything you did and will be recommending you to everyone I know looking to buy a motorcycle. And I promise I'll be back in a few years when I am ready for my next ride.
