⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Experience with Olshan! From start to finish, our experience with Olshan was absolutely exceptional. Everyone—from John Romero, our structural technician, to Jesus Lopez, the production manager, and the entire work crew (Dennison, Dindo, Martin, Martinez, and Evit)—provided outstanding service. Each gentleman was professional, informative, detailed, and genuinely friendly. We were amazed by the results. Walls that had previously separated were brought back together seamlessly, and a floor that once had a noticeable slope is now perfectly level. Their expertise and precision truly exceeded our expectations. We sincerely hope we never have to deal with foundation issues again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to choose Olshan a second time. Pearland, Texas To the salesman, crew leads and crew thank you for completing our foundation repair for our home. Task was completed safely and even with minor setback Fernando , Edwin and crew took care and In a timely manner. Was told job was going to be be three days they had it done in two. Job was pretty big leveled most of my two story home. In addition, after job was complete they made it look like they were never here. Hada root barrier to protect hime and digging the lifetime warranty. Don't think this home will never have foundation issues again. Thanks.

We were very pleased with our experience from our sales guy Ryan to our install crew, Angel, Santo, Lima, Rolando, Miguel & Daniel. Everyone we have had contact with has been very professional and helped us understand exactly how the process works. One of the companies we had out had readings in one room that were so different from Olshan, Ryan came back out to ensure he had not missed something. We got several quotes and at the end of the day, longevity is one of the main reasons we made the decision to go with Olshan. A lifetime warranty is only good for the life of the company that offers it. We feel confident if we have any issues in the future, we can pick up the phone and call and Olshan will be there to help!

Richard Solsberry is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. We called Olshan and asked for a structural technician to come to inspect my mother’s house in Sugar Land after a friend had given us another big company who sent an inspector that was inexperienced (Gave us recommendations that did not make sense. I have home inspection background). Richard took time to explain what is happening with the house and did not try to upsell us in any way. I could immediately tell that he was very knowledgeable. Very honest. I highly recommend Richard Solsberry and Olshan. Quality company and quality people!

I has some concerns about my home and asked for an inspection. Dave Klotzbuecher came out and performed a thorough examination of the property, inside and out, and ultimately gave my house a clean bill of health! Dave was very professional and personable, and explained what he was measuring and looking for during the process. Although I did not need any work on the foundation after all I was impressed with Dave / Olshan and would recommend them to anyone needing foundation services.
