I've left several reviews but somehow they keep being left out. I purchased a Land Rover from this dealership in 2024. It stopped working the first week and the warranty they sold me was void and I paid for the issues. At that time I left a review and they paid me $1000 to take my review down lolol. Billie even said "you know what I'll just pay for the shit myself." Spoiler alert he didn't. The car continued to have issues and now a year later the car is still not working like it should and they contacted me about my title as they messed it up and never added me lienholder and some other issues. Please save yourself the hassle and terrible experience and avoid this lemon selling shady dealership group at all costs. I will continue to speak up until they make things right!!!

Omar has great customer service. Took care if us both times we came in to purchase. Even offered us a breakfast sandwich. The Manager negotiated a reasonable price and kept us within our budget. Awesome team here!

I would like to bring your attention to my on-going experience with Acura of Sugar Land. I bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey (pre-owned) from the dealership on January 6, 2025. I paid on that day. I test drove the vehicle and was told that the dealership requires 3 days to clean and inspect the vehicle before delivery. While on the test drive there was an irregular sound from the AC fan which I pointed out and was told that while the vehicle is inspected, they will fix that along with other issues such as some body work and paint work. I was assured that the car will go through a rigorous inspection before delivery. The vehicle was delivered to me on Friday – January 17th after 11 days. During that time I was told that there would be no loaner. The day after I took delivery, and less than 50 miles after driving the car, I have experienced the following: 1) The steering and the wheels start vibrating at 50mph 2) The brakes make a loud squealing sound and braking is wobbly 3) The drivers side mirror has a broken bracket 4)The windows on the driver and passenger door probably have missing support or rubber – they sound like they do not have any rubber support 5)The privacy screen on the rear passenger doors are torn 6) All the 4 tires are different with different tread depths I was told that the car went through inspection – I would expect a thorough inspection from a dealership like Sterling Mcall. I reached out to my sales representative to inform her of the issues to see if she could possibly have them repaired but the response I got was “When we went for a test drive it drove fine. You went over the speed limit. Did you buy extended warranty?” NO! I did not buy extended warranty because I would expect the dealership would deliver a vehicle that has been test driven before delivery. I am also unsure how the sales representative concluded that I went over the speed limit, and also how that would have any impact to brakes, and steering vibrations, mirrors and the issues identified above. Acura asked me to bring the car back - they had it in the shop for a day - told me they changed the brakes but the issues remain - brakes are still wobbly - I have reached out to the manager several times and no response!
