My experience in transferring my insurance over to State Farm with Jade at Joy Knox's office was such a wonderful experience. Jade is very knowledgeable on the different services offered, and just so kind. She made me feel comfortable and took the time in explaining all my benefits, while also saving me money. I even added an additional policy for accidents that would help pay for any hospital stays or ambulance costs. The premium is so minimal, how could I not add it. I have had various agents with different carriers. Trust me when I say that Joy Knox's office is by far the best I have interacted with, and Jade is superior in her customer service. If I have any questions, she will take the time to answer every one and make me feel as if I am the only person buying insurance. She understands what our needs were for our family, and in the event something were to happen, I trust that Jade will be there to walk us through every part of the process. I was very unhappy with my current Car Insurance. The price seem to go up almost double. I have a family member that told me how pleased they were with Joy Knox State Farm so, I decided to give State Farm a try! I met the most amazing professional,, thoughtful, and respectful agent by the name of Ruth. Ruth exceeded my expectations for State Farm! I honestly believe I walked out of that office on clouds. I was so satisfied and was able to secure a policy that not only increase some of my limit and still produce a quote that was lower than what I was paying with the other Agency.
