WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They absolutely do NOT know what they are doing. My G-Wagon got stolen because of this broker company’s negligence and lack of professionalism. They failed to properly verify or research the people they handed my vehicle over to Or never even handed over to the third party and were managing it by there own drivers. NEVER trust this company with your vehicle. I have proof of their unprofessional behavior, lack of credibility, and poor handling throughout the entire process. Attaching pictures of my stolen car so others can be aware and avoid going through what I did. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Next steps are legal actions but putting it out here for others to not trust them at all!!

Moving from Houston to Phoenix, I needed quick vehicle transport, and NexGen Auto delivered. They scheduled pickup the next day, delivered on time, and were responsive throughout the process. Reasonable pricing and great service. Highly recommended!
