Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience. Mounted TVs in multiple rooms of my home and the Control4 system, the work came out perfect. Everything was installed securely, leveled, and looks super clean and professional. Jeremiah was on time, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently without making a mess. What I appreciated most was that Jeremiah, also gave great recommendations on placement, height, and setup to make sure everything looked right and functioned well. You can tell he really knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for quality TV mounting and professional service, I highly recommend them!

I had an outstanding experience with NXT Level Smart Home. Jerry first met with me online to assess my needs, and then both he and Fernando arrived at my home on time, ready to tackle two major issues. First, they diagnosed and repaired problems with my Sonos receiver, speakers, and LG TV. They explained details that were never shared when I purchased the Sonos system, and then proceeded to fix everything quickly and efficiently. Second, I had smart door locks installed by another company that never worked properly. Jerry and Fernando completely resolved the issue- setting up the system so I can access the locks remotely and provide codes for regular workers. They even walked me through syncing the Smart locks with my phone and key cards, making the process simple and stress-free. I am so fortunate to have found such professional and knowledgeable experts. Going forward I will only use NXT Level Smart Home for all my home upgrades. Highly recommended!

I am so pleased to have found NXT Level Smart Home. Jerry, Jeremiah, and their entire team were so good. After first having a few other companies come in to diagnose/fix my AV issues I could tell they fell short of the excellence I was looking for. When NXT Level Smart Home came in I could immediately see that these were the Pro’s I was looking for! Everyone of them were so skilled, and they worked together like a Swiss watch. They were careful to determine exactly what my needs and wishes were, and avoided overselling things I didn’t need or want. They were sensitive to that, which I appreciated. If you're searching for a company that exudes professionalism as well as perfection, search no more! NXT Level Smart Home is where it's at! Jeremiah and his team mounted 2 televisions and sound bars in our home, and the work was absolutely amazing!! They were punctual and well organized. Not to mention the speedy installation process, and they cleaned up all debris immediately once the work was completed. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with tips for future upgrades and possibilities that would be compatible with our current set-up. We were very pleased with the results. So much so that we will be using their services for all future needs. This company definitely deserves a 5 ⭐️ rating!!!
