Shine-N-Go Car Wash

Great experience at this car wash. The manager was incredibly nice and attentive and noticed my car still had some berry residue from a tree on it after going through the wash once. They immediately let me run it through two more times for free without any hassle. By the end, my car was completely clean. I also want to give a shoutout to Chase. He was friendly, professional, and you can tell he takes pride in being part of the team. Overall, excellent customer service and a great experience. I will definitely be back.

Wash was fine, but these vacuums are not very strong and the person that designed the nozzles does not seem to understand the area that people want to vacuum! If you need to vacuum between the seat and center consuel, or the narrow dip in between the seat and the door, find a location with a narrow nozzle option! I've seen locations that offer both styles which is great.

Love this car wash! The service at Shine N Go is always great. Chase and the other workers go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and it really shows. My car always comes out looking amazing, and the positive attitude from the staff makes the experience even better. Highly recommend Shine N Go Car Wash!

STAY AWAY!!! They’ll scratch your vehicle, say they’ll address it, promise to call you, and then evade you and make sad excuses. Management is non-existent & incapable of customer service. Just bought my truck about 2 months ago (pre-owned) from a reputable, national dealer. There were a few existing scratches that had been touched up, but the rest of the truck is in pristine condition. I’ve been extremely careful with it - I park away from other cars at stores, I park away from cars at work, my daily commute is minimal, haven’t done any work with my truck, etc… It’s only been thru the car wash twice since I’ve owned it and it’s been thru this car wash only. This 2nd time, it scratched my truck in multiple areas and didn’t even fully clean it. I reported the scratches immediately. There was no manager on duty. They said the manager would call back the next day - he didn’t. I drove back the day they were supposed to call me and met with the asst manager. He took pics and then said he’d have his manager (Cameron) call me about it. Cameron didn’t call. I had to come back again - no manager on duty. I complained again. Finally Cameron, the manager, called (6 days later) and gave me sad excuses and a weak defense. He didn’t apologize, make any effort to make things right, and even said that maybe the car wash removed a finish that exposed preexisting scratches on my car. If that were the case, how can he explain the long scratch from the side panel all the way through my tail light?!?!? Cameron was disinterested and uncaring on the phone. He made all of his determinations without inspecting my truck. I asked him when he’d be at the facility so he could see it himself. Among other days, he said he’d be at the facility from 8am - 4:30pm on Saturday. I told him I’d come by on Saturday. I stopped by on Saturday at just before 3:00pm and of course, he’s not here (supposedly picking up a part). Evading me again, I guess. Must be nice to be a manager and yet never be on site 🙄. His employee called him and relayed the message to me that Cameron’s told me to leave a negative review online so it would go to his manager - amazing. Horrible customer service and management. Go somewhere else b/c if they make a mistake, they have no intention to make it right.

I truly cannot say enough about how fantastic this car wash is! The customer service experience I had yesterday was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I drive for Uber and Lyft so having an unlimited monthly car wash package is a must and Chaz took the best care of me with giving me the Ceramic upgrade!!! Not only did my car have the best quality shine it helped my business because my clients love a clean car pulling up to pick them up!! Thank you and Harrison for always having the best products and staff in Cherokee County!! You guys truly are amazing and give the personal touch to your customers that is missing at so many businesses these days!!
