I went to this location to obtain some paint adhesive samples. All of the items were bent at the top. The case they were in was very dirty and made it difficult to read the paint name because the paper had curled so badly. I got to the front to check out and with all 4 associates in the store (that I could see) no one made eye contact, no one took a moment to say welcome in or we will be right with you, nothing. Terrible customer service. While waiting in line, I had to listen to blaring Tejano music. Not everyone likes that kind of music, so it is very rude and unprofessional to have it so loud. That belongs in a warehouse, not in the ears of your customers. I spent 17 minutes in line for 4 samples. I got what I needed, but I was completely turned off by the lack of care for customers. I will use the other store on Memorial and Kirkwood. They were helpful, and the store was quiet.

I just left this store, I wanted to use the restroom the door was locked, so I knocked just to make sure if someone was inside, because sometimes doors got locked with nobody inside, someone started yelling from inside, I came back to the counter and then a worker (lady) started asking who was knocking the door,I said that was me I'm sorry, and she continued yelling at me like crazy, that I need to wait ,I need to relax, I'm not sure what problems she's having at home,but I think this is not the way she should treat the costumers,I'm very upset about this,so I'm telling you all please use another store, or at least while she is there I'm not coming back to this store, her name is Paola. For real I was surprised about the way she was talking, yelling at me,if she doesn't like to the work she has she should get another job. This was the second time I visited this store, and I remember the first one, I had a bad impression with this same lady.

So happy with Sherwin-Williams Store on Gessner and Jordon in particular. His service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back when I paint my next part of the house. He tolerated all my questions and helped me pick the right paint for my bathroom. Thank you for the help Jordon!

In a Saturday , a really busy day, just manager with 2 helper that don't know how to handle the computer, or identify the paint products. All 3 trying to deal with just one customer , and with a line of more than 5 people waiting. And finally the can't match they own product and the excuse is that company changed the product. So I have to convince the homeowner that change all of the house color or what. A terrible service. After being buying for more than 30 years ........ really ??????

Tried to buy a couple of painters bags that were on sale for $11.99 and Caresse refused to sell them to me even though the price was on the sticker. She even took them off the floor. So, I went to another Sherwin Williams, they had them and looked them up online. The price was indeed $11.99. The other Sherwin Williams did not have a problem with me buying them. I believe the employees at the Sherwin Williams on Gessner kept them for themselves, otherwise, why take them off the floor. Also uploaded ticket showing where I purchased the bags at the other store for $11.99.
