SEV River Oaks

I came in to ask about the packages SEV offered and laser concerns/questions I had before I decided I actually wanted to book an appointment. The front desk lady was very sweet and informative, she answered all of my concerns and made me feel positive about starting my journey! The other staff seemed very sweet as well to their customers, the clinic is also very very cleanly which I loved! She even offered to book my appointment which I thought was lovely! Very professional establishment, I can’t wait to come in for my first session. I will definitely update my review once I have been serviced as well 😊

Love my experience here at Sev! Dani is so welcoming when I come in and has such lovely energy! I’ve had 4 sessions of Brazilian with Ruby and she makes me feel so comfortable every time! I am very pleased with my results so far. Initially I was nervous it may be awkward since I’ve had a bad experience elsewhere but both ladies are wonderful and make this experience a 10/10 for me. Thank you Ruby and Dani!

The service is great when you can actually get some. If I hadn’t already paid for the package, I would never come back. There’s never any parking. I arrived 3 minutes late and was told that because my appointment was only 5 minutes, I was going to have to reschedule. Just may cut my losses because it’s not even worth it. Ha! Edited the review because the response is comical. All appointments must start on time ? But you’re advising my appointment was only 5 minutes. I stood there and watched them take the next person while waiting to check in. Got to the kiosk at 3 minutes Into my appointment they advised she’s already taken someone else. So it’s ok to start early and overlook the remainder of my appointment even though that’s “not on time”. This type of policy should be as clear as your prices on the website and inside the facilities so people are aware. Don’t waste your money or your time here people. This policy is a joke just like their staff’s attitudes

Ruby was AMAZING! She was very informative, patient, answered all my questions and concerns (even after hours). She walked with me through the entire healing process which made me feel so happy. Ruby was very gentle and cautious during my lip filler procedure and made me feel comfortable and not nervous. I will definitely be going back to Ruby for more services!
