Ruby is amazing & so knowledgeable. Worked with many nurse injectiors but she is most genuine & honest. Look forward to making this place my trusted goto.

The service is great when you can actually get some. If I hadn’t already paid for the package, I would never come back. There’s never any parking. I arrived 3 minutes late and was told that because my appointment was only 5 minutes, I was going to have to reschedule. Just may cut my losses because it’s not even worth it. Ha! Edited the review because the response is comical. All appointments must start on time ? But you’re advising my appointment was only 5 minutes. I stood there and watched them take the next person while waiting to check in. Got to the kiosk at 3 minutes Into my appointment they advised she’s already taken someone else. So it’s ok to start early and overlook the remainder of my appointment even though that’s “not on time”. This type of policy should be as clear as your prices on the website and inside the facilities so people are aware. Don’t waste your money or your time here people. This policy is a joke just like their staff’s attitudes

Ruby is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood what to expect. The results have been amazing so far, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I understand that Texas is expected to experience severe weather the weekend of January 24th. I originally had an appointment scheduled for January 24th, which was automatically confirmed by your office. Out of courtesy, I called ahead to confirm whether the business would be open or closed due to the weather. During that call, I was informed that the business would in fact be closed and that my appointment would need to be rescheduled. My new appointment date is now two weeks out, which is a significant inconvenience. My concern is not the weather-related closure itself, as that is understandable. My issue is the lack of communication to customers whose appointments were most impacted. There was no courtesy call, notification, or advance notice provided to inform customers of the closure or to proactively reschedule affected appointments. Had I not reached out myself, I would not have known until the day of. This situation created unnecessary inconvenience for customers and could have been avoided with better communication. I’m highly disappointed with how this was handled and wanted to express how disruptive this was for those of us pushed out by two weeks. I understand that I may not receive a response from upper management, and that is fine. My intent is simply to share feedback so this can be handled more efficiently and considerately in the future.
