Septic System Services

⚠️ PSA ⚠️ I have the 1 star to be able to write this post. If you have septic tanks and need cleaning DO NOT USE JS Septic on Bertrand‼️ The owner is unprofessional and will try and will raise his prices to his convenience. Mind you I used this company 2 times before. The first time was fine and the second time I had some issues. I called again a few days ago because this was the only company near me that I knew of. When asked about pricing over the phone, he said that he would have to come look and quote me. Je has been here twice and on top of that he has been working in this field for years he should know how much he charges for a 500 gal and 100 gal tank. I knew he was gonna pull some BS when he said that. In the past years, he charged me $180 and $250 for both tanks. Changing the price, but i get it. I can't tell people how to run their business. If I don't like it, go somewhere else right? This man came this morning and wanted to charge me $400 for both tanks! I told him that I wasn't going to need his services and that I was going to price check other businesses. I have never paid more than $250 for both tanks and that is because the 2nd time "JS septic needed to clean the pipes because they were clogged with grease". Days after he left we were still having issues. My husband went to home depot bought some contraption and unclogged the pipe that Julio said he cleaned!! On top of that he, the owner, broke the concrete plate that goes on top of the septic tank the 2nd time he was here and never came back to repair it like he said he was. After i refused to use their services, I called other septic tank cleaners to price check and everyone had an answer. No BS, just a price for both tanks and no one was above $225 for BOTH tanks! Someone is coming same day. We will see how it goes. If you're wondering why call him back after he broke my plate, I had my reasons. He was trying to take advantage of me for being a woman. All of my male neighbors pay $180 for both tanks!!!!

Justin and his technician Do you know? came out on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day and pumped our tank in an emergency situation and were prompt, courteous and super knowledgeable we would recommend them to anyone! Also knows about wells which we needed advice on.

Efficient, polite employees. The cleanest work ethical employees I've ever seen. I have a septic system and picky about who and how a company works at my home. Prices are reasonable. This company also has other services they do.

Very satisfied with the service of this company! Called early in the morning and they showed up the same day to clean my septic system. Workers were fast and efficient. Owner is very friendly as well.
