Let’s talk about customer service and also acknowledging your customers. One of my interior design Client brought me over to this location and she wanted to get something. However, as soon as we came in, I was browsing and Felicia and Nikki greeted me and they were so welcoming that I ended up purchasing a few Tom Ford perfumes for my clients. The sale would not have been possible if both of them did not approach me so welcoming. We need individuals like them in every retail store so that the customers like myself get the best experience possible. I just felt like a VIP because of them I will definitely be sending more of my customers and my friends to shop at this location at all times and ask for Nikki who is the Tom Ford rep here!!!

My visit to this store was awesome! I found Kendal near NARS- seeking a few product suggestions. She asked a few follow up questions to narrow down my search and walked me to a few brands to test product. I was happy to be acknowledged front to back in the store as I explored products and when i was ready to check out Kendal used her mobile devise and made me a sample of some hair product I wasn't ready to purchase.

Angel assisted me today and was truly AMAZING! She went out of her way to find the exact eye pencil for me. She was personable , professional , persistent and she was knowledgeable about all the products in the store ! How refreshing is that . Most impressive! Sephora needs to recognize her because she is definitely an employee to be valued.

Extremely Disappointed with Sephora at Galleria Mall, Houston My experience at the Sephora store inside Galleria Mall was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in, none of the staff seemed interested in helping us. Every employee we approached gave us attitude or ignored us completely — it felt like we were a burden just for being there. One particular associate, a woman with curly hair and dark skin, was especially rude. When we asked a simple question about a perfume, she just stood there staring at us, not responding or making any effort to assist. I even had to ask, “Do you work here?” because of how unprofessional and dismissive her behavior was. Instead of helping, she mocked us and made us feel completely unwelcome. This is not what I expect from a Sephora experience. Management seriously needs to retrain or replace staff at this location because the current team is damaging the reputation of the brand. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any Sephora before. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Sephora due to an employee named Daija. I asked her to look up my last foundation shade so I wouldn’t accidentally repurchase the wrong one—a pretty normal request—and instead of helping, she rushed me and made rude, unnecessary comments. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a store that’s supposed to help customers feel confident about their purchases. I left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported, which is the opposite of what I expect from Sephora. Customer service really needs improvement here
