We had a great experience at Select Trucks of Houston. Jose was our salesman and he did an excellent job at getting me through the process and he was very knowledgeable on the truck. I appreciated his honesty, he is truly a good man. After the test drive I really liked the truck it was exactly what I was looking for. I pointed out that it needed an alignment so we ran it by the Manager Mr. Ken and they took care of it. They really do try very hard to earn your business in every way. Bought a used truck “as is” and understand the risks associated. Everything seemed to be in order except a couple minor maintenance issues. However as soon as the truck was driven off the lot, got a check engine light. Don’t believe that the dealership was not aware and deleted just for the sale. I didn’t not complain or request anything except a diagnosis on the check engine light and was denied. Felipe was very friendly during the sales process, but not willing to do anything post sale. Buyer beware.
