I returned to Sanctuary Spa after 4 years and really enjoyed the gracious care I received. The relaxation waiting room had ultra zen vibes. 👌🏻 I was scheduled for a massage with Lauren who not only took time to hear me during the assessment, but went above and beyond to help me to relax and let myself feel pampered. She was very patient and kind with me which was exactly what I needed after the very emotionally exhausting year I have experienced. I next had an excellent facial with Janiesa. I enjoyed our casual conversation although I think I was almost asleep by the time she finished. I highly recommend both ladies for anyone looking to be pampered. I would also like to recognize the two ladies in the front who worked together to process my payment. I used a gift card which needed to be processed in an unfamiliar system. Not once did they show annoyance or inconvenienced. They handled it perfectly which helped me to maintain the relaxation I came in for. In addition, they called me the next day after finding something I lost. Thank you Sanctuary Spa for not only hiring skilled healers, but also people with heart.

I had such an amazing day at this spa! I was first brought to the relaxation room where the receptionist made me tea. They had a great spread of snacks and drinks! Bathrooms were extremely clean and everything smelled so amazing. My massage with Gabby was the best massage I have ever had!! She did such a phenomenal job. I then had a facials and it was so relaxation and my skin feels amazing. Overall amazing experience and will definitely be going back

I came in December to get a massage after months of building tension in my shoulders and back right before a surgery. I was booked with Sam and I remember afterwards feeling very relaxed and happy with the service. Fast forward 3 months later, I booked him again and literally I have no words. God has truly blessed his hands and technique. He is very well trained and methodical, but also willing to go “off-script” as needed. I’ve had a lot of health issues that have affected my body and he was patient and took to the time to listen and understand my concerns. Then, during the treatment, he took special care to address all of my concerns. I left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and less tight than I have in a long time. I plan to start booking regularly with him. If you’re looking for a therapist, I highly recommend Sam!!

loved the ambience of the spa, has a very zen, calming feel, and the products smelled amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment already! On a side note, the owner Sabrina is a wonderful person who really cares for her customers and made a genuine effort to connect and address a small concern I mentioned.

I had my first massage here today with Lauren and it was amazing! The hot stones were so relaxing and she was super attentive to my preferences and made sure I was always comfortable. The relaxation room was also amazing and let me relax before and after my treatment!
