Tanya and Daniel at Sam’s Tire Service were absolutely amazing! I woke up to a flat tire, and they immediately stepped in to help make a stressful situation so much easier. They clearly explained the exact damage to my tire and walked me through how Sam’s tire replacement process works, so I felt informed and confident every step of the way. The service was quick, professional, and efficient, and their customer care truly stood out. Tanya and Daniel were patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I’m so grateful for their support and highly recommend Sam’s Tire Service because of employees like them!

I am a new member and I was surprised of all the fresh produce and meat and so much more, this is a good way to save on mostly everything you need from a grocery store and more, I'm glad my friend introduced me to Sam's great place to shop.

I am extremely disappointed in the pharmacy service at this Sam’s Club location. I had a prescription cream ready for curbside pickup between 12–1 PM for a doctor-prescribed medication to treat a chemical burn on my neck. This is not optional — it is for an active, painful medical issue. I arrived at 12:53 PM, within my scheduled window. The pharmacy curbside option did not properly appear in the app, so I called. The pharmacy employee told me she could not bring the prescription out because they could not leave one person alone inside. I was then asked to come inside to retrieve it. I explained that I am disabled and use a walker/wheelchair. That is exactly why I selected curbside pickup. I normally use courier delivery, but since I already had a curbside order for groceries, I chose pharmacy curbside to simplify things. I was then told the prescription would be “put back” and that I could use the same link to convert it to same-day delivery before the 2 PM cutoff. The link never repopulated. The prescription disappeared as if it had already been picked up. I left without my prescribed medication and without any solution — despite arriving within my scheduled time and clearly explaining that I am disabled and in pain. This is not just poor customer service. It is a failure in accessibility and pharmacy process. If curbside pharmacy is offered, it should function — especially for disabled members relying on it. Very disappointing experience.

Went in to return some items. Membership services was having technical difficulties helping another customer. After waiting 20 minutes (I was the only other customer waiting), I asked the gentleman at the automotive desk if he could page someone to assist. He went out of his way and was able to return the items for me. I appreciated his willingness to help and he valued my time.

If you place an order for pick up make sure they don’t cancel before you drive up there. People want to panic about a little cold weather coming and so do these Sam’s club employees. My order was canceled last minute but my card was still charged. Do better Sam’s I really need to look into switching to Costco because Sam’s club is owned and run by the same people that run and own Walmart, straight trash.
