I brought my truck in fully functional and drivable for an oil change and alignment. Before I even left the yard, the vehicle started showing errors, and now I have over $10,000 in damages. They charged me $620 just for diagnostics, yet they failed to identify the real problem. Only 12 hours after picking up the truck, I had to tow it to another service shop. There, I was told that the oil change was either not done at all or done with extremely poor-quality oil—it was watery and pitch black. The filters were not replaced either. They had written that the air filter did not need replacement, but it turned out to be completely clogged. I used to go to Cleveland Rush Truck Service and was always satisfied. This place, however, is worse than terrible. I do not recommend it.

We took our Hino truck there for repair it needed a part between the double gas tanks. We went to the E Freeway location. They said it should be a couple of days. After the two days they kept on saying probably tomorrow every day. We called in and they would give an excuse and say another day. Well they finally repaired it 6 weeks later so we were stuck with a rental box truck charge for 6 weeks. The bill came to $3500 instead of $700. How can it be this much? Kyle is the general manager. Do not buy a truck from these guys and definitely do not take it in for repair there.

I called the service department 3 weeks ago to get an annual service on my coach and gave the lady my name, contact information. I didn't receive a call back so in a week I drove over and talked to Hunter at service. I gave her all the information she asked for. She said she will call me back to schedule. I explained that I live in my coach. At that point I gave Rush 5 stars. A week later with no call back despite my leaving messages, I called the service desk. This time the gentleman asked for the VIN. I provided that. Now 4 days later no call back. Very disappointing experience.
