I really enjoyed my experience here! Everyone was super nice and welcoming from start to finish. My Botox injections were completely painless, and I felt very informed throughout the entire process. Since it was my first time I had no knowledge about Botox and was nervous Cassie took the time to explain what would work best for me, which I really appreciated. I went in to get a consultation by Cassie on Botox filler or anything she suggested for anti aging. I’m 41 and it was very important that I still look natural. That’s how she likes to make you look. She’ll actually pull you back if you’re asking for something that will look unnatural and I LOVE that you can trust her an advice and expertise. Not just a yes person. You will understand as soon as you speak to her why her name keeps popping up anytime you research best injector in Houston. She suggested adding filler to my temple area, very little bit on my lips just to make them look fuller and more moisturized, and put filler in the naso labial fold that I came in to treat as well as Botox on areas she recommended. I trusted everything she recommended and I do not regret anything one bit. I feel like I look 10 to 15 years younger. I’ll be coming back for a chemical peel and anything else she recommends. Highly highly recommend that you book a consultation with her. You will absolute 100% decide to go with her. The after pic has some bruising on my lips from the filler. Excuse the no make up! Very subtle change but noticeably look more refreshed!

I have had already two great experiences with nurse Cassie, she listens to my concerns, she explains the treatments thoroughly and clearly and with all the details about what to expect, with deep understanding of products and technique, so professional! Vanessa at the front desk is super sweet and very attentive. 100% recommended.

First time going to river oaks med spa. Staff was very welcoming and my aesthetician, Elle, explained everything thoroughly. Had the laser genesis and my skin is already feeling tighter and my redness has dissipated. Would 100% recommend seeing Elle for all aesthetic treatments. Will be back for a hydrafacial!

I’ve been seeing Cassie for years and trust her fully with my face (which is saying a lot bc I only have one!). She’s professional, honest, and fun. I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed and more confident. Update 2/22/26: I also love getting hydra-facial and laser genesis with Elle. She’s very thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell she takes pride in her craft and genuinely care about her clients’ needs.
