I recently had the most heartwarming experience at Richmond Equipment, and I can't emphasize enough how exceptional their service is—especially thanks to the incredible service manager, Mr. Kade. On a particularly frigid day, I found myself wandering the neighborhood in search of help. I came across a disabled woman in desperate need. Her delivery had been left at her door, but due to the door being ajar, it posed a serious vulnerability. As I sought assistance, my path led me to Richmond Equipment, where I decided to ask for help. To my surprise, Mr. Kade instantly recognized the urgent situation and without a moment's hesitation, he left his work to assist me. This wasn't just a business transaction; it was a display of genuine humanity and compassion. He braved the cold to help a stranger—something that's incredibly rare these days. Mr. Kade’s dedication and willingness to go above and beyond are truly commendable. I have never encountered someone so devoted to helping others while juggling the responsibilities of managing a business. He not only provided immediate assistance but also reassured me that people like him still exist in this world, embodying the spirit of kindness and community. If you’re looking for great customer service, honest upfront feedback and no hidden fees, you got to visit Richmond Equipment. The best price you will find, since they don’t include freight or assembly charges and have very reasonable document filing fee. They have a large selection of gas and electric cars and staff is very helpful answering all questions. I purchased a Kawasaki Mule (savings of $2K compared to other places) and they went as far as helping load it to the back of my truck! If you’re in the market, I would recommend you contact Richmond Equipment as one of the places you visit and compare.

It was a real joy purchasing a golf cart from Richmond Equipment. Martha and Ricky provided excellent customer service, over and beyond what you get at other places. No pushy sales tactics, just there to answer questions whether over email or at the lot. The girls love the daily golf cart rides.
