I had such an amazing experience at Rice Village Nail and Spa. From the moment I walked in, the environment was welcoming, clean, and calming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, and the service was top-tier from beginning to end. Linda and Emmy were absolutely wonderful! They were both incredibly kind, attentive, and skilled. Linda made sure I got exactly what I wanted with my nails, and she was so detail-oriented and patient throughout the whole process. Emmy was just as lovely—so friendly and professional, and she really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they both genuinely care about the customer experience and take pride in their work. On top of the great service, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality you’re getting. Rice students also get a 10% discount, which is such a nice bonus and really appreciated. It’s awesome to feel like they’re supporting the student community in the area. I absolutely loved how my nails turned out—they looked clean, elegant, and exactly the way I had pictured. Whether you’re looking for a simple manicure or something more detailed, they’ve got you covered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Rice Village Nail and Spa to all my friends. If you’re a student or just someone who wants beautiful nails and great service, this is the place to go!

Didn’t have the best experience. Spent $60 with tip for a lavender pedicure only for the polish to get ruined after an hour. I stayed back for a good 15 minutes to let the nails dry, wore opened toed shoes, didn’t let anything touch for an hour and then noticed toes smudged. Also they weren’t painted too well to begin with and I could have done a better job myself. And after all my toes were fully painted with a base coat, 2 coats of polish, and a top coat, my tech completely wiped off the polish from the big toe and reapplied but was not done any better. Disappointing because they had good reviews and I will say the prep and the massage portion of the pedicure was nice but the polish application was not worth the money I spent.

Service was phenomenal! As a Rice student, I would highly recommend this salon to all college students. It’s the best in the area! All college students get a 10% discount no matter what day you come in, which is unlike any salon in the area. I met the sweetest nail tech ever, Linda. She told me the price beforehand so I knew what to expect without asking. She was super kind and considerate, would definitely recommend. They had really good vibes, super clean, good music, tv shows, and they have free WiFi so it’s great if you have to get work done while you get a pedicure. I’ve gotten a pedicure and a gel builder manicure and they both lasted me a very long time. The hours the salon is open is very convenient and works with my class and extracurricular schedule. They also let me park my scooter inside the nail salon! There is really nothing else they could’ve done better. My gel nails were smooth and not lumpy. They also worked very fast! All and all I have definitely found THE nail salon I will be coming back to over my next few years in Houston.

Staff is always friendly and attentive! I’ve always had a good experience here. I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple of months now. I’ve found my nail salon! Mimi and Linda have always done my nails and they both do an amazing job! Definitely recommend coming here
