Quartz & Granite Direct

We purchased two slabs of quartz from this company, and purchased the marble tiles separately by ourselves from floor and decor for the backsplash. and they have also agreed to provide installation services for our countertops and backsplash. we paid prior to the service day. they came on 5/30/23 did the installation. after they completed the work, i noticed that The marble tile backsplash in the kitchen was not seamlessly aligned with each other, creating noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the overall pattern. The edges of the tiles may also appear uneven, with some tiles protruding or recessed compared to others. The lack of proper alignment detracts from the aesthetic appeal of the backsplash and gives it an unprofessional and haphazard look. The installation of the marble tile resulted in a larger hole being cut for the electric outlet, causing a problem with fitting the outlet properly. The hole is noticeably oversized, making it challenging to securely accommodate the outlet within the designated space. As a result, the outlet appears loose or protrudes from the wall, compromising both the functionality and aesthetics of the installation. The improper fit of the outlet creates an unsightly and potentially unsafe condition, requiring immediate attention and rectification. The marble tiles that were worked on by the laborer have unfortunately developed cracks. These cracks are visible on the surface of the tiles and have compromised their integrity. The cracks not only diminish the aesthetic appeal of the marble tiles but also raise concerns about their durability and longevity. the one star review was not about the workers but the company itself, Despite bringing the matter to their attention and expressing the concerns, consistently refused calls and text messages, and they have failed to provide any assistance or resolution. Their unwillingness to address the issues demonstrates a lack of responsibility and customer service. It is disappointing and frustrating to encounter such uncooperative behavior, especially after investing time and money into the project!

Great quality quartz. I went to many different places and Euclase has the best selection and quality. They were very prompt in responding and gave me a great price. They also were able to coordinate the fabrication and installation service and got it done within 3 days. I highly recommend them.

So glad my contractor told me about this company after going to a couple of places and not finding what I had in mind. There is no comparison with the material quality and customer service. David was great I could tell he is honest and knowledgeable
