Professional Window Cleaning

This company is a disaster. From the time that I called and requested, they were very prompt at replying through text message with multiple text messages. However, after I did not receive any notification or information from them for two days, I called back and the girl couldn’t even find where I had called in. I gave her the number that the text messages came from to which she did not recognize and so she wanted to start the process over again and I said no thank you and hung up. They called me back and said listen. We’re sorry that happened but we can get you in. Will you please give us another chance so yes I gave them another chance. It seemed OK initially. The guy came out. He gave me a quote he saw that it was a construction zone. The windows had been protected, but there was film on the windows. My daughter was present when I said we just need to film off we need everything cleaned and looked nice and he said yes well we may have to use the blade in some areas, but it looks good. It was marked on the paper and the paper gave me a price. I agreed for the price but what they are telling me is that there was a computer glitch so when the guy got here he wanted to charge me exponentially more to clean these already clean windows, cause he would have to pull out a blade and get a little glue off of the window. They did not stand behind their contract. They said they would rather pull out of the job, then do the job even though they knew the error was on their DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not stand behind their contracts and are highly unorganized because they depend on a computer in text message instead of talking to their customers.

Carlos Suazo just finished our home gutter cleaning. What an awesome job. Very affordable, very professional, went above and beyond what most contractors would do. Cleaned up the very full gutters, rinsed them out, cleaned up the debris blown out and bagged it up. The roof looks awesome as well. He cleaned off the debris on the roof that was going to drain into the gutters! Put my hose up, clean the driveway, etc. better than it was when he got here! Took the time to recommend his findings and the quote I had received. I’m a very satisfied customer and will be returning to this company for other services as well and gutter replacement. I hope to work with Carlos again. Thank you, thank you thank you, Carlos! Highly recommend this company. I have not experienced this high level of customer service in a long time. My new go to Company and so affordable.

Juan Carlos did a stellar job not only cleaning the gutters, but fixing them and making sure they would be reliable for the future. He gave constant updates while on the job with before and after pictures showing his work. Great service, communication, and price. Thank you!
