Pretty bad experience and still unsure how much damage was done to my vehicle. Came in for an oil change but shortly after leaving found my car was smoking near the engine. Discovered that the top wasn’t installed properly and oil was leaking out. Will need to take it to a mechanic on Monday to check things out.

The service was fine- went for oil change and for emission inspection. Fast and polite. However, I notified them I had a 25% off coupon ahead of time and they did not add it. I realized after I left and called and they said someone would call me back. That never happened either. Also their listed prices and the prices given to me were different. When I asked why, they said, oh we haven't updated them yet but these are the new prices. For a national corporation, I would expect better transparency. My bill was over $140. I do use premium synthetic oil and have a Jeep over 90k. The discount would have been nice. They also didn't have my saved information in their computer and I've been to that exact location more than 3x. The reason was their system updates and so they have to re-enter the details. Again, not ideal as a repeat customer. I will be looking for a new place.

I've been patronizong this Take Five in my neighborhood for years to provide oil changes and safety inspections. The folks who work there are extraordinarily friendly. They always do the job suppressingly, fast way you're sitting in your car. In all, a very well run business.

My first experience at this location was disappointing. The parking situation was extremely cramped and inconvenient, especially for a quick oil change. Furthermore, the employees seemed more interested in socializing than in efficiently serving customers. The most significant issue occurred when an employee failed to reset my oil life reader, leaving me with a 0% reading shortly after leaving the shop. This oversight forced me to return, wasting my time and ensuring I won't be a returning customer.

I see on the commercials that you top off everything and even check the tires while getting a oil change ,well Saturday 1/17/2026. I went to have a oil change my oil was changed so fast I asked if everything ok and was it tight and i would jave nonleaks.my coolent was checked and my under the hood filter was checked not the other filter in the dash ,, no mention of topping off anything and surely no tire pressure checked. So all this time I have been getting my oil changed I have not received the quality service as on the commercials. Wow, I was in and out so fast. I was thinking was the oil changed correctly. I have never been in and out so fast since I have had my oil changed at take 5. The others sometimes check my fluids and the windshield wipers.. I had none of that this time. Veronica was very nice ,but she was moving fast. I had to ask for the oil gage to be set back . She never called the others out to assist. So when they came out to work, they side why you didn't say anything cause more cars started to pull up. Its seems to me she was gonna try and get the sales first. I got there right when they open and was out just as fast as i got there .. yes im worried about my oil change, looking at my drive way to see if i see any oil leaking..So now I know to ask for the tire check and to make sure they check all fluids, with both filters and coolant....when I said i wanted an oil change she was gonna charge for the oil change never offered the discount untill she checked the coolant the she offered the discount for the oil change and the coolant change thru my phone.
