The crew was friendly, worked efficiently, and took great care to clean everything up properly before leaving. The whole process was easy and stress-free. We had an emergency situation and needed to get rid of a lot of furniture and junk quickly, I called Texas Junkers and they had two crews scheduled to come within a few hours. Just want to thank this establishment and the people who work there. I called needing an immediate removal of 2 box spring mattresses and I was greeted by Rita over the phone. She was exceptionally in giving me the exact price and timing of the pick up. Also Joe called letting me know he arrived and was on time. Joe was amazing at picking up the box springs and finished within 10 minutes of arriving. Overall pleased with the service.

They handled the removal of an old hot tub and several pieces of furniture from my fourth floor, and they did it all with cheerful attitudes and friendly professionalism. Even with all those stairs, the team stayed polite and upbeat the entire time. They were extremely prompt, early actually, when they came to give me an estimate and today to do the work. I got a clear estimate right away and they scheduled the junk removal just as quickly. They brought a large crew who worked very efficiently, finishing well before I expected. They were incredibly polite and professional from start to finish. They moved everything out quickly and then cleaned the area completely before they left, even washing the floor, which I appreciated so much. If you’re looking for junk removal, trash removal, hot tub removal, or furniture haul-away services, I highly recommend Texas Junkers. I’m in 77007 zip code, but I think they cover all of the Houston area. I’ll definitely be calling them again when it’s time to clean out my garage.
