⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sam, the AC service technician, did an absolutely outstanding job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in his field. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the job was done right. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his commitment to providing excellent service. It’s rare to find technicians who are this honest, skilled, and dedicated to helping the customer. I highly recommend Sam to anyone needing HVAC service. He’s a true professional and a huge asset to the company.

Great experience as always working with this company. We’ve used them for a couple of issues and all routine maintenance over the years. Just recently we had an issue with our condenser, and Leonardo Castillo was able to come out, diagnose the issue, and get it fixed that day. He was a perfect example of why we enjoy working with HousePro for our HVAC needs, super friendly and explained everything really well along with our options. Excellent technicians like him are what make this such an excellent company.

Samuel did a great job servicing my unit through my home warranty. Shawn was very helpful in going through some options with me to put in a new system. Both of these gentlemen were very cordial, took the time to answer my questions and were very helpful. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Beware the lack of integrity this company has. I have a 3rd party warranty on my 2year old home in which they provided this company to service our HVAC system. A technician arrived and assessed the system. The technician sent a report to me and my wife also stating that the warranty company would not cover the repairs due to a major power surge that occurred. His evidence that he pointed out was a single bolt that had burnt marks around it. We looked through the report after technician left which in page 2 under his condenser check it clearly shows the same bolt with no burnt marks that hes claiming as evidence of a power surge. I personally called to speak to the service manager which he got defensive and would not let me explain our finding through their report. The technician said anything he touches is warranted when he first arrived but when confronted with proof they caused it they won’t stand behind their mistake. Contacted 3rd party warranty after talking to service manager and insurance company stated the report does not show the pictures without burnt marks. Only 6 pictures were sent with the report they received. Which original report had 26. Also they lied on the report about home not having power surge protection. I had to send picture of proof to prove my case. Bottom right bolt in picture is the bolt in evidence.

Great experience with Victor! Came at the designated time and was very friendly and cordial. Checked all the components in the house and made some recommendations. No pressure. I choose HousePro because they don't strong arm you to anything you don't need. As usual, I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge of his work. And he likes dogs!!!!
