Primp and Blow West University

I cannot say enough amazing things about this blow dry bar! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like absolute royalty. The atmosphere is chic, welcoming, and spotless, and the entire staff is beyond friendly. My stylist truly listened to what I wanted and somehow managed to exceed my expectations in every possible way. If you are looking for a place that delivers luxury, confidence, and perfection every single time, this is it. I will never go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Primp and Blow enough! I've had some...rough...experiences at other blow dry bars and am so impressed with how every blowout I've gotten here is SO good. After a few great blowouts, I joined their membership program - it is excellent value! Booking is very easy on their website and they have great hours. I consistently book with Lorena who is just a ray of sunshine AND extremely talented!! 10/10 recommend!

Lorena was my stylist and did an amazing job! Even though I was late, she was very accommodating. It was my birthday and she made an effort to make the appointment special for me. I loved how she cared for my hair and complimented my curls and their health. She was also very personable. She took her time and was always gentle yet she was still able to quickly accomplish the blowout. Thank you again Lorena! I'll be back for sure because the salon was clean, professional staff and even the other clients are pleasant.

I had the best first experience at P&B! Lorena was incredible. I got lucky choosing her! She’s a star! She was accommodating and knew exactly what to do to make me baby shower ready!! Hair and make-up totally on point. They were bulletproof and did not budge. Everyone kept asking about where I had my make up and hair done! I will make sure to come back and put all my trust in Lorena whenever I need to look my best. Thank you!

Poor customer service. My friend and I booked appointments a week in advance with specific stylists, only to arrive and discover that the stylists we had reserved were waiting on some other clients. No one informed us of any changes beforehand, despite the appointments being confirmed. To make matters worse, the manager offered no explanation or attempt to resolve the situation. The entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon based on the lack of communication, respect for customers’ time, and poor management.
