If you seek emergency assistance after hours you are out of luck 1)They left me stranded by shutting down my card while I was in a different city and I was stranded because they did not have anyone to assist me after hours. Next, they recently changed the automated phone service. I am left stranded because the new phone service do not allow you to transfer money into your account. They never have anyone to assist you after hours in emergency situations. I needed to purchase a plane ticket home and the bank has taken away the transfer option that will allow you to move your money from one account to another. I never received notice that this was happening. I have been a member for 20 plus years and I am disappointed with the service. Primeway needs to do better. I have had two workers from two different branches tell me that after hour service is available in case of emergency and that is not the case.

I had checks sent here that went lost and had to be cancelled. This branch has apparently been shut down but the corporate office seems to have forgotten to delist the office-front photo on Google? Pretty irresponsible for a bank..

PrimeWay is terrible. Been banking with them fit years with no benefit. Started a wire for a measly 5k and they needed to review it for 24 hours. What’s the point of paying a fee?? I lost that real estate deal. I no longer bank with them and I don’t think anyone should. I don’t know what this post will do but I hope someone sees this and pull their money out. There are better banks out there with better service. These guys are truly truly terrible. BTW God help you off LaPorsche Solomon handles anything for you. She’s managed all my wires and they always are delayed. Plus she doesn’t know what the limits are. Honestly nobody does.

I received the best customer service from Mary Montgomery. She is very professional and explain everything in details. She is nice and very patient. I will refer any friend who are interested in auto loan and mortgage without any doubt.

Every time I come to this branch it is always a issue with the drive throw, bad customer service all personnel there are very rude; in addition, the loan officers there need to go back to training and work on there people skills. Very soon all of my accounts with primeway will be closed, need a better credit union.
