I had a great experience at this fingerprinting location. The staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. The process was quick and well organized, and they explained everything clearly. I needed to submit my passport renewal and I needed to mail a package to a friend. FedEx couldn’t help me with mailing my passport renewal since they don’t mail to PO Boxes (you learn something new everyday). I found a USPS office that closed around 2pm but I got caught up with some friends and I wouldn’t make it to that location in time. I found this spot that ships via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. I told him I was renewing my passport and he was so sweet oh my goodness. He made sure I had everything I needed, including my money order where I learned I needed to write my birthday on the money order. He also let me know id be receiving my new and current passport at separate times and I should be anticipating my new passport in about 3 weeks. He also helped me find the most affordable option to send my friends package. In this day and age where I feel the price of everything continues to rise, I felt a true sense of community with the gentleman who genuinely took the time to help me with ensuring everything went smoothly for me and was cost effective for me as well.
