A Bright Light (In My Darkest Hours)... Owner, Renee & Manager, Jennifer went above and beyond infinity to help me with my Mother's funeral programs. I have never experienced such compassion, patience & kindness from a business like this! The picture I wanted to use, we were cheek to cheek. They were able to remove me, reconstruct my Mother's face and add her hair back that my face was covering. You must understand, I was very specific as to how these programs should look. They EXCEEDED my expectations! At the repast, we kept hearing people ask who created the programs? They were stunning! I was very emotional & this team didn't treat me like a customer...They treated me like family! Thank you both for being a blessing...I'm a lifetime customer for sure!

I have been trusting this post net with all of my postal needs and services for years. This morning I had the pleasure of JEISER assisting me with my very important transactions for mailing. He was professional clear about my options on how to send my package and very helpful. As usual, this post net delivered up and beyond my expectations.

Was greeted upon entry to my favorite PostNet as well as others entering for service. Had a great experience with Sonia today while shipping packages. Very helpful in creating labels for shipping, securing packages properly with shipping tape, and provided separate receipts as requested. Very professional and patient. Informed me of shipping options and asked which shipping provider I preferred. Once again this PostNet provided exceptional service.

I tried to make things easy on the staff by including all my Amazon returns on one label. I was told since they have to put multiple items in one box, I would have to pay for the box. When a QR code that is presented says no box or label needed, charging for a box seems extremely deceptive. I guess next time I should have you print 20 different labels- that will definitely save you money! I have done returns for Amazon, etc. at many different stores and never once was I charged to package it. Ridiculous. First and last visit for me.
