Portable Generator Service

Billy picked up my generator and pressure washer and delivered both after they were fixed. He is very professional and knowledgeable. The generator had never worked on electric start with 2 new batteries. Neither would start. They both start easily now. He told me to use ethanol-free fuel and start both monthly which I will do. I highly recommend Billy, he is top notch.

He was on time, explained exactly what was wrong, and got everything running smoothly without any upsell or pressure. You can tell he knows generators and takes pride in doing the job right. Highly recommend! Billy was at our house within 24 hours of our call. He has an impressive full-service trailer and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our generator. Fast, friendly, honest, reasonably priced, and prioritizes customer service - very impressed! Do yourself a favor and call Billy before your husband tries to "fix" the generator...lesson learned ;-)

Billy came out late on a Thursday and fixed our Westinghouse generator. He was quick efficient and gave detailed instructions on how to maintain and avoid issues with the generator in the future. Would recommend him!

Where do I begin! Billy went above and beyond to make sure we had a we working generator on a day when nobody should be out in weather like we recently had. Traveled 45 minutes to our house and fixed our generator! We greatly appreciate what he did! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!
