Phillip is one of the kindest most honorable people have ever had business dealings with. His expertise in complicated cases is unmatched. I had a very complicated case and there were problems and he helped me navigate them. He truly went above and beyond for me and he took care of me at every turn. My complicated chapter 13 federal bankruptcy case has now been discharged and Phillip guided me every step of the way and we spent years working together on this. I really want to provide a review for the great services that were provided by Phillip Trueba, who really took care of in the handling of my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He was very easy to work with and was very thorough in working with me in gathering all of my documentation and information needed. Going through the proceedings can be very intimidating and nerve racking. Phillip's style was very different is displaying a very calm and comfortable demeanor, which helped reduce the anxiety I had during these proceedings. The outcome of my proceedings rendered the results I have hope for to give the chance to rebuild and help me rebound from the financial troubles. It was nice to see that someone actually cared. I just finished up my case and it went so smooth! I filed Ch 13 and was able to fully complete payments. I was really scared and stressed going into this and Mr. Trueba made everything easy and smooth! DO NOT FILE WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY! He saved me from things getting MUCH worse, worth the expertise and attention.
