Most satisfying customer service through my whole life. I don't know nothing about cars and I just started knowing about car stuff and they helped me out on every corner, parts by parts. I just bought a gr supra and they guided me and took care of my car. They don't cut corners, they really care about the reliability of your car to make sure you drive it without problems and had a satisfaction of driving. Im short on my budget by the time I got to the shop but they still helped me out and let me pay for it later. They won't let you pay for the labor price until it's all completed and assured that your car is running completely fine. If you we're looking for a shop the specializes JDM cars, I would highly recommend 5ive Performance. They know how to build your supra and all of them japan cars. They will guide you how to build you car step by step and take care of your car without cutting corners. They do maintenance too, if you have problems with your car they can fix it, like my supra I need to change my oil pan, and they did it with ease and cheaper and reasonable prices. Had a great experience with 5ive Performance. The service was smooth, professional, and straightforward. They swapped out my spark plugs quickly and did everything the right way. You can tell they actually care about the work they do and don’t rush or cut corners. Solid communication, fair pricing, and quality work overall. I’d definitely come back and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable performance service.

Amazing place with amazing people! Went to them initially to get a full inspection of my ‘21 Supra, it was quick and they gave me a copy of what was inspected and the result and recommendation of each one which I really appreciate since I keep record of all the things done/purchased for the car. After the inspection, I gave them the list of parts that what I wanted ordered and a week later all the parts were delivered and installed to the car. Highly recommend 5ive Performance to all MKV Supra owners but they work on all cars! I will definitely go back here for all my parts and future services.

Great service. Scheduled my appointment four days in advance. The day of the appointment, they started working on my car immediately. Came in for a car back exhaust and intake install on my 2024 Z. The tech did an amazing job and took his time making sure all the parts were aligned correctly. Nice lobby with snacks, drinks, and tv to enjoy while you’re waiting. Definitely recommend this place. Update: called the shop earlier this week after exhaust and intake install due to some creaking and grinding noises coming from the car after they installed the parts. They gave me an appointment right away to fix the issue. Hands down the best customer service. They fixed the issue within an hour. This shop definitely cares about its customers.

Prompt and excellent service! They kept in communication via text throughout the whole time while my vehicle was being worked on. The mechanic even test drove my car to make sure all the gears felt good (Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder upgrade with clutch lines). Also, very affordable and honest pricing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
