Pep Boys Oil Change

I went to the store for an oil change, this was a Thursday, on Monday when I am going to work I saw the oil light on my dashboard and I took it to my technician. After checking on the car the crankshaft seal was broken and needed to be changed, I saw underneath my car and there was a lot of oil probably old one and the new one after the change. After I paid $110 for the oil change the Pep Boys staff never mention there was an oil leak in my car. Very unprofessional, they just wanted the money for the oil change, I am expecting a refund from them

Great quick service - they helped me in need with a rental car flat tire and gave answers quickly. Fixed the flat within an hour. These guys dominate. Go here if you need help. Hertz sucks, Pep boys is the best.

My first time getting service at Pep Boys. Staff was super nice, and ended up repairing my tire @ no charge! I enjoyed the whole experience because the staff was so friendly and funny. Totally could have gone the other way cause I came in mad from bad car rental experience (nothing to do with Pep Boys). I will come here again!! 👍🏼👍🏼
