Great quick service - they helped me in need with a rental car flat tire and gave answers quickly. Fixed the flat within an hour. These guys dominate. Go here if you need help. Hertz sucks, Pep boys is the best.

I recently took my company’s Enterprise service van to the Pep Boys on Southwest Freeway, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting the job done right. They communicated clearly about what the van needed, provided honest recommendations, and completed the work efficiently. The technicians took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the repairs and maintenance performed. The customer service at the front desk was just as exceptional—friendly, organized, and focused on keeping everything running smoothly. Thanks to their hard work, my company van is running better than ever. I truly appreciate the care and attention they put into their work. If you’re looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy service, I highly recommend the Pep Boys on Southwest Freeway.

My tire went flat directly in front of the store (near the Chick-fil-A), so I pulled in immediately. It took approximately 20 minutes before anyone came out to assist me. When someone finally looked at the tire, I was told—without a proper inspection—that I had driven on it too long and needed a brand-new tire. I explained that the tire had just gone flat moments before arriving. The initial response was dismissive. After briefly attempting to air it up (which did not work), I was again told I needed a replacement. Another employee then noticed that part of the tire had come off the bead. I politely requested that they dismount the tire and reseat it properly. Despite this being a standard procedure, there was resistance and insistence that it would not work. After asking again, a manager became involved and stated they would do it but implied I should not complain when it failed. Ultimately, after waiting from 11:16 AM to 12:20 PM—with very few other customers present—the tire was reseated successfully and is functioning fine. What should have been a straightforward service turned into an unnecessarily long and uncomfortable experience. The main issue was not the repair itself, but the lack of professionalism, dismissive communication, and overall customer service. I believe every customer deserves a proper inspection and respectful interaction before being told they need to purchase a new tire. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future customers receive better service.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mickey for the outstanding customer service he provided to me on yesterday, 03/04/26. He was able to resolve my question and concerns as it related to car alignment. He was professional, polite and helpful.

I have a lifetime membership and this is my third time that I changed my tire, but they cannot solved issue and they are just asking for money and now finally they said you are an Uber driver. We cannot give you a warranty when I get the membership, they didn’t tell me. They are pretty expensive and very bad behavior !
