Penske Truck Rental

I've been picking up rental trucks for my company AMI(AMORY MODULAR INSTALLARION), and I must say the service is phenomenal!!! Jose Gomez and his entire team are awesome. Mr. Jose is always ready to go bright and early always has an amazing attitude always has a smile and is always very polite. I like that the team always greets me as soon as I walk in and they are always polite and very helpful ALL THE TIME. This location on Hempstead Rd is the best all the way around. The service team and the mechanics are very great and professional. I highly recommend this location for their great service all the way around. Corporate should be very very proud of this team because that's what they really are A TEAM...that love to work together as 1 and believe in the importance of safety!!!

Roman’s customer service is excellent! I called to rectify a mistaken charge with an aggressive and angry attitude. Roman immediately responded with a respectful and polite demeanor. Hearing me out and unraveling my issues. Roman absolutely makes me want to use Penske again the next time I need a rental.

Rent the truck for 900 it was raining in Texas water was liking on my all the way while driving, and on my furniture as well cruise wasn’t working i had to throw some of my furniture. Trying toreach out to then and sending the pictures but without any benefit . Worst experience for me !!

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. It was my first experience renting and driving a big moving truck. Penske made it seamless. I drove from The Valley (6 hours), up to Houston in a large truck pulling my car on a trailer behind. Quite Stressful. On arriving to Houston, this branch let me drop my car off and return the trailer by itself while I held onto the truck for a few days. They made no issue about it, and even one of the friendly staff maneuvered the truck for me to detach the trailer in the right area of the facility. Again, didnt have to do this but made it effortless and simple for me. The same staff member helped me take the car off the trailer too and was extremely friendly and personable. When returning the truck several days later, everything was smooth and easy. The manager actually went through my return and I got the chance to tell her how great my experience had been. She had a once over looking at the Truck and the rental was complete. Simple. Overall a great rental experience topped off with a superb staff at the Hempstead location here in Houston!

Worse place to get truck wash!! Get ready to spend at least 3 hours just for the guy to come and start washing your truck. Bay empty but still have to wait.
